How do I unsubscribe from the e-newsletter list?
Q. I want to research a family vacation on FTF. How does this work?
A. Once you've selected your Username and Password, you will be able to access the wealth of research and travel information in FTF's library of travel articles. Use the pull-down menus on the left navbar, or search by interest.
To keep you up to date on site news, FTF's List Serv program (which manages our mailing list) will maintain your free e-mail subscription until you unsubscribe. Instructions to do so are at the bottom of each e-mail.

A. Please email us at members@familytravelforum.com or call 212-665-6124.

A. If you have questions about FTF or unsubscribing from FTF's mailing list, please write to us at members@familytravelforum.com and include your Username. If you have misplaced or forgotten your User Name, please contact us by phone at 212/665-6124 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST, and you will receive a response within one business day.
Q. I am an FTF Member and need your advice with a trip-planning or travel-related question.
A. We pride ourselves on an in-house staff of experts, and look forward to helping you and your family research and solve trip planning and travel-related questions. Please contact us using the questionnaire in the "Custom Trip-Planning" section of the website, or at http://www.familytravelforum.com/advice/askforadvice.html. We also encourage all members to visit our bulletin boards at www.familytravelboards.com and post your query in the relevant board so that you may benefit from other travelers' experiences.

Q. I can't login to the bulletin boards or blogs. I've forgotten my username or password
A. If you can't login please visit: http://www.familytravelforum.com/member/retrieve_password.html to obtain your login information. Your login information is associated with the email address you used when you initially signed up for membership. If you no longer have access to that email account, please send a message to the FTF staff a support@familytravelforum.com.
